S320 Fire Retardant Top Coat and Adhesive

A Latex-Based fire retardant liquid paint adhesive, S320 is exterior rated and also designed to be very durable and flexible. It is non-eintumescent, therefore, can come under heat attack again and again. Extremely high heat reflecting properties - can be used as an effective light temperature, non flammable, fire retardant adhesive. S320 is a liquid fire retardant paint adhesive that is effective on both natural and synthetic materials such as wood, metal, flexible and rigid foam, corrugation, sound proofing and other insulation materials, such as urethane. Because it flexes, it will not crack or flake. S320 lowers the release of radiant heat and toxic gases during a fire (foams and fabrics). When used in combination with Fire Preventer, S320 has proven to produce a "Class A flamespread" in the Steiner Tunnel test. S320 is also UV resistant, making it the coating of choice for covered bridges and other historical structures. Apply by spray, dipping, or brush. Can be tinted. Solvent Free.

P215 Fire Retardant Thermal Paste

Non-toxic, skin friendly paste used as a heat transfer barrier for all types of surfaces, vertical or horizontal. Anyone using a torch can benefit from P215 to protect heat sensitive surfaces near any high heat work such as welding or soldering. Used by jewelers, welders, plumbers, artists, etc. P215 adheres to most all surfaces such as PVC drains, wood trim, plastic or vinyl components, etc. Apply coating to the heat sensitive surface before "hot" work, then easily wipe off clean. P215 is water based therefore cleans spotless with a damp cloth.

E111™ and E112™ Heat Barrier and Extinguishing Gel

Environmentally friendly spray-on gel that minimizes direct or radiant heat transfer to adjoining surfaces. E111's pre-mix gel formula allows it to be applied to any surface, including vertical angles.

Ideal for plumbers and welders to protect areas when using torches because heat transfer is minimized to help reduce warpage due to heat.

Structural fires, forest fires, brush fires and fire breaks can utilize E112 concentrate to enhance the firefighters' ability to slow the fire by reducing the thermal transfer of heat from one area to another. E112 leaves a residual coating while moist to reduce rekindling.

E112 concentrate is for on-site mixing (with water) - mix 3 - 4% with fresh water, 8 - 9% with salt water. Five gallons of water, mixed using a 1% solution ratio of E112, can do the work of up to one hundred fifty gallons of straight water!

F506 Fire Retardant Additive

An additive for manufacturers, F506 Fire Retardant can be added to your resin to generate fire retarded products that can reduce flame and toxic gases created during a heat attack. It can also greatly reduce the amount of radiant heat released. If you utilize a specialized form of production, our chemist will work with your technical personnel to mix F506 additive into your formulation.
